The Washington Redskins have been relatively quiet over the past few days of the tampering period, but there is some news. According to Jen Lada, the Redksins are closing in on a 4 year deal with former Chicago Bears defensive tackle Stephen Paea.

Paea played college football for Oregon State University, and was recognized as a consensus All-American. He was taken with the 53rd overall pick in the second round of the 2011 NFL Draft by the Bears. Paea has 12 sacks since entering the league.
