Saints restructure the contract of linebacker Dannell Ellerbe
Ian Rapoport reports that newly acquired New Orleans Saints LB Dannell Ellerbe has restructured his contract. His contract restructure includes reducing his 2015 base salary from $8.45 million to $1.1 million. Rapoport adds that Ellerbe’s 2016 and 2017 salaries were also reduced from $6.45 million and $6 million to $4.1 million for each of the two years.
