Chip Kelly wants Tim Tebow as his number 3 quarterback, but only if he can move Matt Barkley?
Yesterday, news came out of Philadelphia that the Eagles worked out Tim Tebow the former Heisman Trophy winner. News almost broke Twitter, but now according to Jason Cole of the Bleacher Report, the Philadelphia Eagles’ interest in former first-round pick QB Tim Tebow depends on their ability to trade third-string QB Matt Barkley.
Sources tell Cole that Barkley is available for trade and the Eagles would be willing to accept a late-round pick pick such as a fourth-, fifth-, or sixth-round selection in return for him.
This would allow Tebow to take over as the team’s No. 3 quarterback.
