Raiders are releasing Tyvon Branch in a surprising move

tvyonThe Oakland Raiders are releasing veteran safety Tyvon Branch. Tyvon will be signed soon according to Jason LaCanfora.  He is in good health, and the safety free agent class is not that great.  He was drafted by the Raiders in the fourth round of the 2008 NFL Draft. He played college football at Connecticut.
