Buffalo Bills linebacker Kiko Alonso says he will be 100% by camp

kikoKiko Alonso the Buffalo Bills young star linebacker is seven months removed from surgery, and today he said he’s rehabbing “four-five days a week” but didn’t say how much running he’s able to do at this stage. When he was asked if he will be ready for camp, he was confident he will be back.

“I anticipate being 100 percent before camp,” he said. “By camp, I definitely feel I’ll be at 100 percent. I feel very good with where I’m at. By camp I’ll be full go.”

It can often take players more than a year to regain their full form after an ACL tear, especially at a position where starting-and-stopping is vital, but Kiko is ready. The Bills defense last year was nasty, and if you add in the runner up for Rookie of the Year in 2013, the Bills could have a super nasty defense under Rex Ryan.
