Vikings rookie QB wins Pepsi Rookie of the Year; Beckham Jr. screwed?
In somewhat surprising news, former Louisville Cardinal and current Minnesota Vikings, Teddy Bridgewater, has been named the 2015 Pepsi NFL Rookie of the Year.
Minnesota Vikings @Vikings
Teddy Bridgewater’s 85.2 passer rating was the 7th best in @NFL history among rookie QBs. http://t.co/yGtfK1g36v
Earlier this month Bridgewater was named as one of five finalists, along with Odel Beckham Jr. (Giants), Mike Evans (Bucs), Jeremy Hill (Bengals) and Sammy Watkins (Bills).
Beckham Jr. was considered to be the overwhelming favorite after having a sensational season for New York where he set a number of rookie records.
