Pro Bowl coach Jason Garrett wants to trade for the other teams longsnapper
This week former Dallas Cowboys standout Michael Irvin selected six Dallas Cowboys to fill out his roster.
DeMarco Murray, Tony Romo, Jason Witten, Travis Frederick, Tyron Smith and Zack Martin will all be coached by Jason Garrett, who said the draft “worked out great” for his team, but there was one problem.
Cowboys long snapper L.P. LaDouceur was handpicked by the Baltimore Ravens’ staff for Team Carter.
“L.P. is the long snapper for the other team, so we are thinking about making an eleventh-hour trade here, I don’t know if that going to happen,” Garrett said, laughing. We like (Eagles‘ long snapper) Jon Dorenbos, he’s a magician and he does a great job for us. Unfortunately I don’t know if were going to be able to pull (a trade) off, but it’s fun to have all our guys,” Garrett added.
