After his performance in the first ever College Football National Championship Game, Ohio State quarterback Cardale Jones has a difficult decision to make on his future. He needs to make a decision on whether to go to the NFL or stay in Ohio State buried on the depth chart.
Jones has only started three games as a student-athlete but he is in a pickle when you look at the OSU roster. Jones can come back to OSU and sit compete with Braxton Miller and J.T. Barrett or he can leave. At this point, I would call the NFL office and see where I am valued. If they have me in the top 90 picks, I leave and enter the NFL. With Dak Prescott announcing today that he will remain at Mississippi State, Jones could be a huge riser.
With a decision on his future needed by Thursday, Jones must decide whether to return to Ohio State or enter the draft.
On Cardale Jones NFL situation, thought of Jay Schroeder at UCLA who started one college game before being 3rd round pick by WSH in 1984.
