Jack Del Rio says the Raiders need a good support system for Derek Carr
The Oakland Raiders have a very good quarterback in Derek Carr and now they have a new head coach.
Jack Del Rio knows a thing or two about good quarterbacks because he is coming from Denver who had Peyton Manning.
Well Del Rio has one goal in mind and that is getting a support system for Carr. That could be a very smart move.
“It starts with knowing that there’s good leadership in place … that we can build this team, that we can help the running game be strong, the defense be strong and Derek Carr be developed,” said Del Rio. “So, it’s not all about him doing it by himself.”
It sounds like the Raiders could be looking to land a veteran WR. Maybe Del Rio will go hard after Demaryius Thomas?
