How did you choose your school?

Elite academic institution that allowed me to play two division one sports.

Where are you from?

James Island, SC

Who is your role model, and why?

My dad. He’s never missed a day of work. He taught me toughness is mental.

Have any scouts met with you yet, and if so what are they saying?

Good ball skills, smart player, tough.

Did you play any other sports growing up?

Baseball, basketball, track.

Did you play any other positions in football?

Quarterback and safety in high school.

At your position, what separates you from others?

Willingness to make the tough catch and my deep ball skills.

When you are breaking down film, what do you look for?

Any weakness that an opposing corner may be showing on film.

Who was the toughest player you ever faced?

Jadaveon Clowney

bo patterson 2If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be and why?

Jordy Nelson. He reads the deep ball in the air better than anybody and he’s a rugged guy.

What was the biggest obstacle in your life you had to overcome, and how did you overcome it?

Deciding to go up to New Hampshire for college. I found some great friends that have helped me every step of the way.

Do you have any pre-game rituals?

Left sock always goes on first. Taylor Swift on repeat.

What is your biggest strength?

Toughness and grit.

What is your biggest weakness?

I play two sports.

If I were a GM and gave you a second to sell yourself, what would you say?

I’m a tough player with a high football IQ and I have football in my blood.

Who was your favorite player and NFL team growing up?

Eddie George and the Tennessee Titans.

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would you choose?

Ronald Reagan, Pat Conroy, and Bo Jackson.
