Doug Marrone the former Buffalo Bills head coach made maybe the dumbest move of his career. The former Bills head coach quit the team to pursue other head coaching jobs. When all the jobs filled up the former NFL offensive lineman had to look elsewhere for a job. He found one today but it was not a head coaching job.
