Would you claim Ray McDonald from the waivers?
Today the San Francisco 49ers released Ray McDonald after local law authorities said they were investigating McDonald on suspicion of sexual assault.
The team had no choice but to let him go. This was their statement:
“This is about a pattern of poor behavior,” 49ers general manager Trent Baalke said Wednesday. “We expect a lot from our players, hold them accountable for their actions.”
No arrests have been made, nor have charges been filed. So I want to know would you claim him? Teams have a glaring need and he is still eligble to play. Could a team making a push sign him? McDonald screams Patriots to me, what about you?
