Buffalo Bills claim safety Jerome Couplin off waivers

Today the Buffalo Bills claimed defensive back Jerome Couplin who was formerly with the Detroit Lions.

Couplin played his college ball at William and Mary.

    Watching his highlights I see a possibly good Safety via the waiver wire is now a Buffalo Bill. Since we lost Ladler a back up Safety getting this guy was needed especially for our ST unit. By his highlight clip he may be a better Safety that Ladler is. I do love his hard hitting style of play. Reminds me of a few of the greater Safeties from the past who were hard hitting. Great pick up. GO BILLS!!
