Panthers rookie wide receiver did not know it was possible to “Tie” in NFL
On Sunday, rookie Kelvin Benjamin admitted after his Carolina Panthers and the Cleveland Browns ended Sunday’s contest in a tie, that he had no clue that could happen.
“I didn’t know you could tie in the NFL,” Benjamin told The Charlotte Observer following the game.
The NFL game is a lot different from NCAA, and unfortunately the game can end in a tie. You cannot blame Benjamin who reeled in his fourth touchdown of the season, and should have had his fifth if it was not for a questionable push off penalty. While it is crazy the game ended in a tie, it is even crazier that the rookies had no clue you could tie, Wow.
