NFL lifted free agent running back Andre Brown’s suspension

The NFL has reinstated veteran free agent running back Andre Brown now that he’s finished serving his eight-game suspension, according to Aaron Wilson of Baltimore Sun. Brown rushed for 492 yards and three touchdowns last season for the New York Giants. Brown was suspended four games for violating the NFL performance-enhancing drug policy two years ago, but it was overturned.
