It is week 5 and we have had a ton of calls this year. ESPN put together a list of which referee has called the most penalties since week 1. If you have Tony Corrente as your official this week panic, because there will be quite a bit of penalties, while if you have Clete Blakeman he is going to let you play, and have fun. This is kind of like Good Cop/Bad Cop.
