Detroit Lions kickers are cursed, even Matt Prater cannot hit field goals

praterMatt Prater was 25/26 last year kicking field goals for the Denver Broncos, and was a beast before serving a four game suspension on the season for violating the league’s substance abuse policy. Well yesterday Prater was bad, missing 2 of his field goals.

Matt Prater was 25/26 on FGs last year (96.2%) with Denver. Today, in his first game as a Detroit Lion, He is 1/3 (33.3%). #LionsKickerCurse

The Lions are now 4 of 14 on the year for field goals, but Jim Caldwell will stick with Matt Prater, FOR NOW.
