Today the Buffalo Bills were working very hard. They tried to sign Kapri Bibbs from the Denver Broncos, but he was activated. They then tried to sign Antonio Andrews from the Titans practice squad, but that didn’t happen.
So they went to their reserve list and came up with a former Dallas Cowboy.

Per a source, former Cowboy Phillip Tanner is signing with the Buffalo Bills today to shore up their injury depleted backfield. Good kid
Tanner is a very good scat back who is versatile. He can catch the ball out the backfield and was on the Cowboys roster last season before being released.
Tanner spent the last three seasons with the Cowboys and rushed for 149 yards and two touchdowns, as well as nine receptions for 93 yards. He recorded 21 special teams tackles.
