According to Aaron Wilson for the Baltimore Sun, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers worked out a couple big receivers this week. The team had both Marvin McNutt (6’2, 225) and Tavarres King (6’1, 200).  The team signed King to their practice squad.

Signing Tavarres King to practice squad, Buccaneers also worked out Marvin McNutt

King was a 5th round pick for the Denver Broncos who played college ball in Georgia.  King beat out Marvin McNutt who was a former sixth round draft pick of the Philadelphia Eagles.  McNutt has since bounced around the NFL.  Both receivers are relatively young, but King was given the nod.
