2014 Fantasy Football All-Star team; After 4 weeks
We just posted our Fantasy Football bust team which had some pretty impressive players such as Tom Brady, Adrian Peterson and LeSean McCoy. Well this list is a group of guys that not many knew about, but they have been a pleasant surprise.
QB – Andrew Luck – While some had Andrew Luck as a too tier quarterback he was not drafted in most drafts until round 4 or later. Luck has been a freak this year, leading the NFL in both passing yards with 1305 and touchdowns with 13.
RB – DeMarco Murray – Dallas Cowboys running back DeMarco Murray is on pace for 2000 rushing yards. He has five rushing touchdowns and is the only running back to have 100 yards in every game since the start of the season.
RB – Rashad Jennings – The former Oakland raider running back has been on fire for the New York Giants. He’s allowed the Giants to establish a running game and is third in the NFL and rushing yards. He is also scored three touchdowns this year.
WR – Antonio Brown – Antonio Brown is the only player in NFL history to go 20 straight games with 50 yards receiving and at least five receptions. Brown has been an awesome player this year for the Pittsburgh Steelers and the leads all NFL receivers with five touchdowns.
WR – Randall Cobb – Randall Cobb has shined and allowed the Green Bay Packers to establish a passing attack that is top-tier. Cobb has five receiving touchdowns this year and was a fantasy steal for many.
TE – Larry Donnell – The New York Giants found themselves a tight end they can get in the end zone. Larry Donnell the former Grambling State University tight end has accounted for for red zone touchdowns this year. He is a fantasy football steal.
DEF – The Detroit Lions are the best defense in the NFL. While they might not get the most turnovers, they have been very good at shutting their opponents down in yardage. After four games they have been impressive.
