Yesterday, the Minnesota Vikings were forced to play Teddy Bridgewater early after Matt Cassel broke his foot. Bridgewater would love to be able to come in and move the ball quickly, but it will be harder without his star running back Adrian Peterson. In yesterdays game, Bridgewater did a good job in his relief job coming in and throwing for 150 yards.
It will be interesting to see if Norv Turner will take the wheels off and let Teddy ride. It is not always easy with a rookie quarterback, but it will be interesting to see what happens going forward.
