Texans trade a 6th round pick for Mallett; Release QB, Claim WR
Today the Houston Texans traded for Patriots back-up quarterback Ryan Mallett. In exchange for mallet to give up a sixth round draft pick.
In a corresponding move the Texans released Case Keenum.
The Texans also claimed WR Damaris Johnson via the waiver wire from the Eagles.
