Last year the St. Louis Rams drafted center Barrett Jones from the University of Alabama. Well even though Jones was drafted in 2012 by the Rams, he basically was a redshirt for the team in 2013. He had ankle surgery last year and missed the entire year.
Well his luck has not changed. Jeff Fisher confirmed he underwent back surgery and will miss the 2014 season. He will likely be placed on the I/R.
Tim Barnes is likely a lock to the roster now as the back up to Scott Wells.
