Jets release seven players including Bruce Campbell
Today the New York Jets chopped their roster down seven spots. The team waived RB Michael Smith, OL Bruce Campbell, OT Patrick Ford, OL Markus Zusevics, LB Steele Devitto, K Andrew Furney, and P Jacob Schum.
There are no surprises here, but Brice Campbell and Michael Smith were both former draft picks. Campbell was a forth rounder from Oakland and Smith was a seventh rounder from Tampa Bay.
