Buffalo Bills have released both Edawn Coughman and Kevin Elliott
The Buffalo Bills have released both Edawn Coughman and Kevin Elliott per the teams website. This will free up two roster spots. The team could be putting in a waiver wire claim or could sign a player today.
Next week the team will have to make roster cuts anyway so it is highly unlikely the players they bring on board will make the team, unless they are veterans.
Elliott played college ball at Florida A&M University. Kevin Elliott is a bigger wide receiver that could be claimed by a wide receiver need team tomorrow. Coughman was signed to a reserve/future contract by the Bills on Dec. 30, 2013 after joining the practice squad on Sept. 2. He too was released.
