Browns WR Josh Gordon will not change until he accepts responsibility

gordonYesterday, we were given the news that Josh Gordon was suspended by the NFL for the entire year after losing his appeal.  That was a right decision by the NFL, was it done in a untimely manner, ABSOLUTELY.

Did Josh Gordon fail the test?  Yes, even if it was second hand smoke. Why are YOU and NFL talent hanging around people that do drugs.  In ten years, after your career you can move to Colorado and open your own Weed plant.  Why do it now?

It’s ok though, because the NFL was wrong.

Yeah right, the NFL was not the one that smoked the weed, the NFL was not the one that blew the weed in your face, and the NFL was not the one that invited you to the party.

The NFL did however allow you to have amazing things.  Cars, Houses, the weed you smoked, and women, but it didn’t teach you how to behave.

Obviously the biggest problem with Josh Gordon is the fact that he is not accepting responsibility for his actions.  Since his suspension, all you have heard was ways to get out of the fact that he tested positive for a drug test.

Josh Gordon is exploring the possibility of playing the rest of the year in the Canadian Football League, per sources. @ESPNNFL

Now, Josh Gordon is exploring options for the CFL?  HOW, you are under an NFL contract.  It is not happening. Can you stop and just admit you made a mistake? Nope that is too hard to do, instead he is going to sue. SUE FOR WHAT?  Smoking weed? You are the dummy that smoked the weed, it is your fault. NO ONE held a gun to your head and told you to smoke. The NFL should SUE you for being an immature prick who is ruining the image of their brand. You are a walking defamation of character case for the NFL.

Your actions are not normal, they have continued in your career. From Utah to Baylor and now to Cleveland. You have made many mistakes. I feel bad for the Cleveland Browns organization because they actually have faith you can change.  They believe you can fix your problem.

That is LOVE.  They love you, the same way your fan base loves you and many people around the league, but WAKE UP.  If you do not begin to change your life,  you will be cellmates with Aaron Hernandez.  You are headed down the wrong path, so since the fanbase and the rest of the NFL will not tell you, John the Baptist said it best.

“Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near.” – Matthew 3:2
