Former Carolina Panther LB was arrested for choking his girlfriend
A former Carolina Panther was arrested early Thursday morning after he tried to strangle his girlfriend during an argument at their South Florida home, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.
Deon Humphrey, 38, was arrested in Wellington on a charge of domestic battery by strangulation.
Humphrey was a linebacker for the Seminoles from 1994-98. He played for the Carolina Panthers, San Diego Chargers and Jacksonville Jaguars during his three-year NFL career.
