Buffalo Bills are honoring their late owner Ralph Wilson Jr. with a patch in 2014
When you had a Hall of Fame owner since the NFL came into existence it is only right to reward him and honor his services. Ralph Wilson Jr., was the best thing that happened to the city of Buffalo, in my opinion and he will be deeply missed.
At the time of his death he was the oldest owner in the National Football League, at age 95, and the second-longest tenured owner in NFL history (over 54 years, second only to the 63 years George Halas owned the Chicago Bears). The Bears also wear a patch for George Halas, so this is deserving.
