Browns place two players on injured reserve after clearing waivers
Today the Cleveland Browns placed both Josh Cooper and Andre Smith on the injured reserve. Cooper was with the Browns most of last season and was a very solid wide out for the team. The injuries were both disclosed, but the team will do everything they can to keep Cooper and Andre Smith on the Browns roster.

WR Josh Cooper & TE Andre Smith landed on #Browns’ injured reserve today, per #NFL transactions wire. Both were waived/injured Monday.
Andre Smith is a former Virginia Tech alumni that entered the league as an undrafted free agent. Cooper was also an undrafted free agent from the University of Oklahoma State. Both will be Browns until the team decides to release them from the I/R.
