Patriots bring back former safety Patrick Chung

Today the New England Patriots signed former Philadelphia Eagles safety Patrick Chung.  Chung started his NFL with the New England Patriots, but was released last year.  After signing with the Eagles after one season he was released.  Well according to Tom Curran, the Patriots re-signed him today to boost their secondary.
