Cowboys re-sign Anthony Spencer to one year deal

The Dallas Cowboys failed to keep Pro Bowl defensive players DeMarcus Ware and Jason Hatcher, but they are bringing back a veteran pass rusher.

Agent Jordan Woy announced Saturday that defensive end Anthony Spencer re-signed with the Cowboys on a one-year contract.

@JordanWoy: Happy to announce that Anthony Spencer has resigned with the Dallas Cowboys on a one year deal.

Spencer, 30, is still recovering from microfracture knee surgery, but was a great re-signing for the Cowboys.
