Chiefs are expressing interest in Jason Avant
According to Terez Paylor of the Kansas City Star is reporting that former Eagles coach Andy Reid is interested in one of his former players.
Jason Avant is gaining interest from the Chiefs. He was released by the Eagles last week and is free to sign at any point. The connection to Kansas City is clear; coach Andy Reid drafted Avant in Philadelphia and employed him for seven seasons. Avant is a good stop gap wide out, but will probably not land a monster deal.
