It looks like the Cleveland Browns are trying to spend that 50 million in salary cap. They have already been linked to Donte Whitner, and Arthur Moats. Now the team is the front runner for linebacker Karlos Dansby.

The Browns are getting serious in free agency, they were expected to be big spenders in the beginning though.
