How were the Seattle Seahawks built? A complete breakdown of Pete Carroll’s success

Pete Carroll came to the Seattle Seahawks in 2010 and what success he has had.  The only four players on their entire roster that Carroll did not have his hand on were, Brandon Mebane and Red Bryant on the defensive side of the ball, Jon Ryan the punter and the anchor of the O-line Max Unger.  Carroll is 71-57 as a coach for the Hawks, and 5-4 in the playoffs.  The team was built very well, and I think the first year that Carroll was present the team did the most damage, landing Marshawn Lynch and the huge draft.
