Dallas Cowboys could be losing D-Line coach Rod Marinelli soon to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Today ESPN NFC North blogger Pat Yasinskas said that there are rumors around the league that the Bucs will hire Rod Marinelli as defensive coordinator.

Lovie Smith would be tabbing longtime pal Marinelli over Leslie Frazier, who could still be brought on in a position coach/”assistant head coach” role. The hangup with Marinelli was the fact that he coached Dallas’ defensive line in 2013, and was still under contract with the Cowboys in 2014. Per NFL rules, position coaches must be formally released by their teams to accept anything below a head-coaching job.
So if that is the case, and this news is in fact true, Jerry Jones had to have given the O.K.
That could be great news for the Cowboys, because maybe Monte Kiffin is right behind him, because Dallas defense truly lacked a punch.  A great fit would be Jim Schwartz who was recently fired from Detroit.  What do you think Cowboys fans?
