Teams have had quite a bit of success intercepting Andy Dalton when he throws to A.J. Green
On Sunday, Andy Dalton and the Cincinnati Bengals will have to face the San Diego Chargers, and a suspect secondary, but lately Andy Dalton has a case of the “Picks”.
Andy Dalton was intercepted on his first pass Sunday against the Ravens. It was Dalton’s eighth career interception against Baltimore, his most versus any team.
Andy Dalton’s 2nd, 3rd and 4th interceptions of the game were on passes thrown to A.J. Green. Dalton now has 12 interceptions on passes targeting Green this season (most by a QB-WR duo this season).
Obviously Dalton loves going to Green, so if the Chargers want to shut him down, they might want to have Eric Weddle playing over the top on Green. This could help them get the win.
