Dolphins signed CB Justin Rogers formerly of Buffalo
Justin Rogers was once burned by Geno Smith for 260 yards a multiple touchdowns. He has been hoping to rebound but has not been given a true shot. We today he will get a shot, and he could wnd up facing the team that cut him in a couple weeks.
