Seattle Seahawks fans will get a chance to reclaim their title as the world’s loudest sports fans during Monday’s big game against the New Orleans Saints at CenturyLink Field.
The 12th Man set a Guinness World Record for loudest crowd roar at an open-air sports stadium Sept. 15, when the Seahawks demolished the rival 49ers 29-3 at the CenturyLink in the second game of the season. But just a month later, on Oct. 13, fans in Kansas City broke Seattle’s record of 136.6 decibels during the Chiefs’ 26-17 victory over the Oakland Raiders, reaching a new high mark of 137.76 decibels.
I will be disapointed if the Seahawks fans do not blow out the old record, because they know what they have to do. I think if everyone screams they can easily beat the record set by Kansas City.
Come on Seahawk fans, do it for me….
