Raiders might be forced to start Matt McGloin

Matt McGloin handled all of the first-team reps at Raiders practice Friday.
Coach Dennis Allen will not give up on the idea of Terrelle Pryor (questionable, knee) starting against the Texans, but the Raiders’ beat writers all expect McGloin to get the nod.

Dennis Allen still will not let the idea go of letting Matt McGloin start. He has hope Terrelle Pryor will be back.

“You never know. (Pryor) may feel great tomorrow,” Allen said following Friday’s practice. “We’re still preparing him.”
