Cardinals will get safety Rashad Johnson back after losing his finger

Today the Arizona Cardinals safety Rashad Johnson returned to practice. Johnson is expected to return to the field Sunday, two weeks after losing the tip of his left middle finger during a game Sept. 22 against the New Orleans Saints.

Johnson was cleared by team doctors Thursday and was listed as questionable in Friday’s injury report.

“It’s just a matter of how much he can function with the cast on,” coach Bruce Arians said.

Johnson is one tough cookie, that injury was hard to look at. I still don’t get how he did it, when you look at the play you cannot really see how it happened.
