Today the Rookie of the Week list came out and two of the five players were Buffalo Bills. Both Robert Woods and Kiko Alonso played a huge role in the week 4 win over the Baltimore Ravens.
The voting ends Friday at 3 pm. Two weeks ago, the Bills quarterback E.J. Manuel won rookie of the week.
The other 3 players on the list are Kenbrell Thompkins the Undrafted free agent for the New England Patriots, Le’Veon Bell the Steelers running back that scored two touchdowns and Barkevious Mingo who had a sack and multiple tackles.
Kiko Alonso’s two interceptions sealed the game for the Buffalo Bills, while Robert Woods was able to get into the end zone twice but only one accounted for a score.
I personally would vote for Kiko Alonso, because it is not easy to get interceptions as a linebacker, and the rookie already has 4 interceptions in 4 games.
