Victor Cruz is one of the best stories in the NFL, I mean the guy was cut from the New York Jets, and turned out being a huge success story. Cruz has been one of the only consistent players on the roster. This week the Giants will play on Monday Night against the Minnesota Vikings, and Cruz wanted to make sure he told everyone he still has his quarterbacks back.
The wide receiver told reporters: “People say a lot of things and we believe in our quarterback. We believe in Eli Manning. He’s our guy and we’re behind him 110% and we don’t think anything otherwise. This city doesn’t surprise me at all. The media doesn’t surprise me. People outside of this locker room don’t surprise me anymore.”
I expect Cruz to tear up the Vikings secondary who has been getting beat badly all year. I think the Giants will pull out this game, that is if they can stop Adrian Peterson. This could be a game to DVR, because the Vikings will be starting Josh Freeman.
