My Top 5 Steals of the 2015 Draft

1) Randy Gregory DE Nebraska- Randy Gregory comes with a lot of baggage. But let me tell you this. After adding 15 pounds from 245 at the draft. He has added weight to his frame to be able to play right defensive end for the Dallas Cowboys. He should also play right away seeing as though Greg Hardy will be suspended.
2) David Johnson RB N. Iowa- David may not be the best running back in this class but he has the best hands out of the backfield and was used as a wide receiver a lot. He has smooth cuts and great vision. I love this small school back that got overlooked throughout the draft process. Look for him to split carries with Andre Ellington in Arizona as they have different styles of running.
3) Landon Collins SS Alabama- Seeing the Giants let go Stevie Brown and Aaron Rolle. The Giants saw a first round talent falling down the board as the first day of the draft ended. The .Giants traded up to the first slot in round two to take the strong safety. Landon may be known as a “box” safety but he was one of the safest picks in the draft playing with a head coach that knows his NFL defenses in Nick Saban. Expect Landon to start immediately and have an impact.
4) Tyler Lockett WR Kansas State- Tyler in my opinion will have a great rookie season. Seeing as how Seattle is a run first team. He will distinguish himself by the way he runs routes. In my opinion scouting almost every receiver in this class, Tyler is the best route runner there is. He is quick within his breaks and has very soft hands. He will make an immediate impact on special teams as one of the Nation’s best returners. Seattle will use him all over the field this season. Watch out for Tyler to become a core piece in Seattle’s offense.
5) Paul Dawson ILB TCU- One of my favorite players in the draft. This kid isn’t the most athletic kid. But let me tell you, he led the NCAA in tackles per game average. He has a nose for the ball that reminds me a lot of Mr. Patrick Willis. He is graded very well in his ability to cover as well as find the ball carrier. He didn’t run well at the combine but his tape doesn’t disappoint. This kid is a football player. Could lead the Bengals in tackles this year. Vontaze Burfict and Paul will be a force for the AFC North for years to come.
