Steelers added former Pittsburgh Panther legend Ray Graham today to their practice squad
The Pittsburgh Steelers continue to search for more consistency in the backfield, despite the fact that rookie running back Le’Veon Bell is beginning to find his groove, so they are coming back to the Steel City to find some help.
Graham was released by the Houston Texans last week. While Graham would not make an immediate impact for the Steelers, he does provide depth at the position and has practice squad eligibility after going undrafted out of Pitt this past spring.
The former Pitt star is an elusive running back that has exceptional vision in the backfield, but he is an undersized guy that has durability issues and some speed concerns.
Graham was signed and in a corresponding move the team released George Winn.
