Ravens lose WR Steve Smith for the year with a torn achilles
Ravens HC John Harbaugh announced following Sunday’s game that WR Steve Smith suffered an Achilles tear and will be out for the rest of the season

This is a huge blow especially for a guy that had such a wonderful season. Smith broke the top 10 All-Time receiving list today but many feel he will hang up his cleats at the end of the year. If Smith does in fact retire, the Ravens will have a huge hole to fill.
