Raiders sign RB George Winn to PS, worked out NT Danny Muir as well

This week the Oakland Raiders had injuries to two important pieces of their offense in both Darren McFadden and Marcel Reece. While the Raiders have struggled on offense the two backs were doing a pretty good job at moving the sticks.

Well the Raiders brought in a solid player today who could play a vital role in filling the void of D-Mac and Reece. That is former New England Patriot George Winn. Winn had a pretty awesome pre-season for the Pats scoring a TD in his last game. He will be a great fit for the practice squad.

Today the Raiders also worked out the big nose tackle Danny Muir. Muir is a Washington D.C. Native and very good at stopping the run. Muir has been in the league since 2007 where he was an undrafted free agent from Kent State. If Muir is signed Oakland would be his 7th team.
