Raiders place S Nate Allen on I/R; Re-sign CJ Wilson and Taylor Mays
Ian Rapoport of NFL Media is reports that the Raiders are sending S Nate Allen to season-ending injured reserve on Tuesday. 
@RAIDERS: We have signed safety Taylor Mays and defensive lineman C.J. Wilson
The Raiders also signed S Taylor Mays and DE C.J. Wilson.
