New York Giants add another free agent; TE Davis signed
The New York Giants’ 24th free-agent signing of the offseason is former Chicago Bears and Seattle Seahawks tight end Kellen Davis.
Davis is a blocking tight end (he has 50 total receptions in five NFL seasons), but he will probably knock the Giants out of the running for a tight end in the first round, but Davis is a better blocker than receiver.
The Giants also had quarterback Rusty Smith in for a workout.
