Where do you play college football? 

Sacred Heart University

Football is about giving back, what is the coolest thing you have done off the field? 

Football is all about giving back the lessons it taught me. The coolest thing I’ve done so far has to be my missions’ trip overseas to Jamaica.  In Jamaica, the team I was with spent time ministering and building the community that was less fortune for a week.  The lessons that football taught me about staying strong in tough situations and keeping God first is what I was able to teach those who needed to hear the message in Jamaica.

What was the hardest college class you ever had to take?

Computer Networking & Communication.

Where are you from? 

Manassas/Woodbridge, Virginia

Who is your role model, and why? 

My Grandfather. He has been a mentor to me since I was younger not only in football, but also in life.

Did you play any other sports growing up? 

Basketball, Lacrosse, Baseball, & Track and Field

Did you play any other positions in football? 

Defensive Back

At your position, what separates you from others? 

My quickness and understanding of the game. I understand the game and that separates me with my gift of being quick.

When you are breaking down film, what do you look for?

First thing I look for is the hunger and wanting to win.  You can tell when a player is selling out for his team.

Who was the toughest player you ever faced? 

Gordon Hill, Sacred Heart alum.

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be and why? 

Tavon Austin.  Tavon is quick and smart with his route running. He knows his opponents and has learn from his transition to the league that you have to know who you are facing.  He’s very hard to cover one-on-one and that’s what I think is a strength of mine.

What was the biggest obstacle in your life you had to overcome, and how did you overcome it? 

My biggest obstacle so far in life was my injury that I suffer to my ankle my senior year of highschool.  It took a lot out of me to sit back and understand that this is a part of the game that I love and signed up for. It help me build courage, patience, and trust in myself and the game in general.

Do you have any pre-game rituals? 

Every time I take the field, I run to the end zone and take a knee followed by a prayer to start the game.

What is your biggest strength? 

My biggest strength is being able to identify my surroundings and adapting to them.  On the field, I know who I’m playing against and their strength and weakness. Off the field, I easily know my surroundings and adapt to them fast.

What is your biggest weakness? 

My biggest weakness is procrastination.  Even though I will get things done before the deadline, I normally wait till the last minute to get them done.

mossIf I were a GM and gave you a second to sell yourself, what would you say? 

I would start by saying, I have something that you need.  I’m uncommon. I will find a way to get any job done and any cost.  My work ethic will get me to where I need to be in life and that’s what I strive on.

Who was your favorite player and/or NFL team growing up? 

Growing up I was a huge Emmitt Smith fan and a Dallas Cowboys fan.

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would you choose? 

Martin Luther King Jr., Kanye West, and Muhammad Ali.

What will be the first big item you buy once you are in the NFL?

I would probably buy my mother and father a custom jersey with my name and team on it for them.
