Jets lose CB Dexter McDougle for the year; Dee Milliner to undergo MRI
The New York Jets were hoping to get solid production from draft pick Dexter McDougle, but that will have to wait until next year. Today the former Maryland cornerback suffered a torn ACL that will sideline him the entire year.

Rookie CB Dexter McDougle suffered a torn ACL (left knee) today at practice.
Before one of the Jets’ starting cornerbacks, Dee Milliner, sustained a left ankle injury in Sunday’s practice, the team had already lost another corner – rookie third-round draft pick Dexter McDougle.
He injured his left knee during a drill early in practice and did not return. Like Milliner, he will undergo an MRI examination Sunday, according to coach Rex Ryan, who said he was not sure about the severity of either player’s injury.
